Boxes usualy arrive within 7-10 days of purchase, if your box hasn't arrived, please contact your insurer, they may be able to provide you with tracking information or arrange a new device to be sent.
Our courier may leave your box in a safe place or with a neighbour, they may drop a card through your letterbox with further details.

No. Installing a telematics box does not affect your warranty.
Once connected to power, the box LED's will start flashing, our setup page will let you know if your box is working correctly or not, you will also receive an activation SMS when your box sends its first data.
Check that the RED and BLACK wires are connected to the correct battery poles and that everything is nice and tight, if you still don't see the LED, please contact your insurer.
If you need to remoce or change your battery, make sure your box has flashing LEDs when the battery is reconnected, if not please check the install guide, if your box is not working, you may be contacted by your insurer.
